The 2023 ACGME Annual Educational Conference offers outstanding educational and networking opportunities. The conference fee also includes several events and activities that give you an opportunity to connect with colleagues in a relaxing and engaging atmosphere. Make the most of your conference experience with fun activities, volunteer opportunities, relaxing entertainment, and a little bit of competition!

Evening Yoga and Meditation
End each day of the conference with energizing and stress-reducing beginner/intermediate yoga and meditation sessions. Get moving with a 30-minute instructor-led class that will enhance your physical and mental well-being. Make sure to check the Conference Mobile App for times and locations!

Exhibit Hall Activities
The Exhibit Hall offers several opportunities to interact, have fun, and even win a prize! Add some color to #ACGME2023 by contributing to the large mural in the Exhibit Hall! Markers will be provided for attendees to come together to create a large art collaboration. Grab one and add to the color wall for a creative break between sessions!

The ACGME is excited to bring back the exhibitor scavenger hunt! Daily themes include movies, medical equipment, and Nashville. Follow the clues to the hidden item(s) within the booths for a chance to win prizes. The lucky Thursday evening winners will win tickets to the Saturday show at the famous Grand Ole Opry! Stay up to date with the daily clues provided on the Conference Mobile App.

Document your conference experience by participating in the open-air photo booth during the Marvin R. Dunn Welcoming Poster Reception and Exhibitor Kick-Off on Thursday evening! Take part as a group or solo using props and signs to create fun memories of your #ACGME2023 conference experience! Participants will also be able to print their photos to take home.

Volunteer Event
Thursday, February 23: 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Friday, February 24: 7:30-10:30 a.m.
The ACGME is excited to partner with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, a non-profit organization that works to distribute food and other products to approximately 450 non-profit partner agencies in 46 counties in middle and west Tennessee. Partners include food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, childcare facilities, senior centers, group homes, and youth enrichment programs. ACGME conference attendees will help put together hundreds of meals on Thursday evening during the Marvin R. Dunn Welcoming Poster Reception and Exhibitor Kick-Off and on Friday morning before and between sessions.

Family Movie Night
For attendees bringing their families along with them to Nashville, a family movie night will take place on Saturday, February 25. We welcome families to join us for the movie, Luca, and a complimentary drink and popcorn! All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Conversational Badge Ribbons
Throughout the conference, conversational ribbons will be displayed in the Registration area for attendees to add to their badges. Choose from a variety of identifiers that will be sure to strike up conversations among peers!
